How we work

We run engagements, not jobs.

Nothing is proposed before we understand how the business actually runs. Then it is built against a written scope, demonstrated at each stage, and handed over documented and transferable.

  1. Diagnose

Understand how the business runs today, where the friction is, and what it costs in time and opportunity. We look at where information currently lives, what is duplicated, where correspondence stalls, what a person is doing by hand that should not be, and where the business is exposed if someone leaves.

Nothing is proposed before this is done.

  2. Build

Design and construct what fixes it, against a written scope. Each stage is built to be seen working rather than described — on your own devices, with your own data, before it is signed off.

A written scope, demonstrated working at each stage.

  3. Run

Stay accessible after go live. Everything is established in your name, documented in full, and transferable to another party whenever you decide.

Established in your name. Documented. Transferable.

The engagement model.

  • Work is delivered in separately approved stages. Approving one stage does not commit you to the next.
  • Each stage concludes in a working demonstration on your own devices, not a status report.
  • Payment is tied to completed stages, not elapsed time.
  • Variations are quoted and approved in writing before work commences.

Inside every stage, the same five steps

The three stages above are the shape of an engagement. These five are what happens within each one — including the larger programmes, where every stage repeats them.

The five step method Establish, then Approve, then Build, then Demonstrate, then Hand over. Every stage of a programme follows the same five steps. 1 ESTABLISH Review the currentstate beforeproposing a change 2 APPROVE Design issued forwritten approvalbefore build 3 BUILD Configure andconstruct againstthe approved design 4 DEMONSTRATE Working demonstrationagainst definedacceptance criteria 5 HAND OVER Documentation, training and accessin your name

You are never asked to commit to the whole programme to find out whether the first stage was worth it.

Start with a diagnostic.

A short call, then a written diagnostic of how your business runs today and where it is exposed.
