01 — Setup

The reputation was there. The shopfront was not.

Reddy for Carpentry is a family-run trade led by Gerard, a fully qualified, time-served Irish carpenter who brought his trade to Perth. Fifteen years on the tools, a wall of genuine five-star recommendations, and the kind of word-of-mouth most trades would envy.

What it did not have was anywhere to send a new customer. The reviews lived on Facebook. There was no website, no clear way to ask for a quote, and nothing online that matched the quality of the work itself.

02 — Brief

Turn reputation into enquiries.

Give Reddy a brand and a website that read as well as the carpentry does. Make it dead simple to ask for a quote. And build the groundwork so the admin, the quoting and the follow-up can be handled without Gerard glued to his phone.

Three things had to be true. It had to look like a craftsman built it. It had to make a free quote one tap away. And it had to carry the proof, the real jobs and the real reviews, front and centre.

03 — Approach

Measured by hand.

A brand with edge. Neon green, black, and orange. A confident, modern mark for a trade that is anything but off-the-shelf, set in a typeface with real character.

Proof up front. Real jobs, real photography, and the genuine Facebook reviews built into the page. The work speaks, and the page lets it.

One tap to a quote. Call, message, or book online. Every path leads to a free quote with no obligation, exactly how Gerard already runs it.

Measure twice, cut once. The finish speaks for itself.

04 — Build

A site that does the chasing.

A fast static build, CMS-editable, designed so Gerard can add new jobs as they leave the site. Underneath the surface, the work sets up the digital side of the business.

  • iBrand and website. A full identity and a site that covers the services, the work, the reviews, and a clear path to a free quote.
  • iiProof built in. A recent-work gallery and the genuine five-star reviews, structured so search engines read them too.
  • iiiAI groundwork. The foundation for handling enquiries, quoting and follow-up, so reputation turns into booked jobs without the admin drag.

The website we built: the story, the services, and the reviews, all in one place.

05 — Result

Somewhere to send the work.

Reddy now has a brand and a website that match the standard of the carpentry, the real reviews built in, and a free quote one tap away. The reputation always existed. Now there is somewhere to point it.

06 — Reflection

Let the work speak.

With a trade like Reddy, the job is not to dress it up. It is to get out of the way. Real jobs, real reviews, real craftsmanship, presented cleanly and made easy to act on. The carpentry was always the case. The site just lets people see it.
